We are blessed with this device without any doubt as it keeps our modern life several steps ahead. On the other hand, people from all age groups are spending most of their time using mobile phones. Its excessive use can lead a person to face many problems such as depression, chronic pain, anxiety, sleeplessness at night and many more which are a threat to people.
